Ariana Madix is opening up about the ongoing sale of the house she co-owns with ex Tom Sandoval.

The former couple bought a home together in 2019 in Studio City, Calif., and it has been the biggest thing keeping them tied to each other since their explosive breakup in 2023.

In an interview that took place ahead of the season premiere of Love Island USA season seven, which she hosts, Ariana shared the latest update on the selling of the home, and why she’s okay with the process taking as long as it takes.

“There’s a lot more than just the house. So yeah. But it’s going,” she told Variety, confirming that it was still not yet on the market.

“But it’s not just put the house up for sale — there’s contents within it. There’s a lot of stuff that has to be worked out,” Ariana continued. “It’s fine, though. I mean, the longer I own it, the more I have equity. It’s actually fine, and I have my own place. So for me, it’s more important that things get worked out the way they should than to just rush to sell.”

About a month ago, during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Ariana said the sale of the home was “ongoing, but hopefully wrapping up soon,” and on the same show in March, Tom also said it was still ongoing and that he was still living in the house. He also said that the only way to contact her is through her entertainment lawyer.
