Beyonce's Team Releases a Statement After Flying Car Malfunctions, Nearly Dropping Her at Houston Show

Beyonce‘s team is speaking out with a statement after she appeared to nearly fall out of the flying car at her Cowboy Carter Tour show.
The 43-year-old singer closes the show on her tour by performing “16 Carriages” while flying around the stadium in a car.
During the show on Saturday night (June 28) at NRG Stadium in Bey‘s hometown of Houston, Texas, the car appeared to tilt and fans were worried that it nearly was going to drop her.
“Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop,” Beyonce said in the microphone to cut the music. It took nearly a minute to have the crew lower the car to the ground and get her safely off the car.
Beyonce returned to the main stage to finish the performance.
After the show, Beyonce‘s team released a statement about the moment.

“Tonight in Houston, at NRG Stadium, a technical mishap caused the flying car, a prop Beyonce uses to circle the stadium, and see her fans up close, to tilt. She was quickly lowered and no one was injured. The show continued without incident,” Parkwood Entertainment said.
Beyonce even included a photo from the moment in her Instagram recap of the show.
We’ll have to wait and see if she continues to fly around the stadium at future shows.
