A woman who has previously accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault is now accusing Harvey Weinstein of a similar crime.

A complaint accusing Weinstein of rape was originally filed in February 2025. As of Friday (May 30), the woman behind the complaint has been named. It is Crystal McKinney, who has also previously accused Diddy of sexual assault.

According to the documents obtained by People, in 2003, Weinstein invited Crystal and her unnamed friend to his hotel room to discuss their potential acting careers. He then allegedly “plied them with alcohol” before he “grabbed at [Crystal's] breasts [and] tore at her tank top.”

Crystal then claimed she and her friend fled to the bathroom, where Weinstein then allegedly barged in, exposed himself, and forced the two to take a bath with him an engage in sexual acts with each other. Weinstein then allegedly “dragged the women from the tub to the bed” and raped them.

In the complaint, Crystal claimed she experienced “depression, anxiety, anger, self-blame, suicidal ideation, body image issues and demoralization.”

In 2024, Crystal alleged that Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003. Read our recent coverage of Diddy‘s sex trafficking trial.
