Florida Woman Accused of Sharing Animal and Child Sexual Abuse Material
Context:
Florida authorities charged 24-year-old Vallen Ada Marie Hrabb after investigators linked her Snapchat activity to animal and child sexual abuse material. The case, which began with a 2025 NCMEC cyber tip, culminated in a January 7 search and a March 24 arrest, with Hrabb held on substantial bond and barred from contact with minors or internet use. Investigators traced her account to an address in Milton, Florida, seized devices, and established a pattern of storing and sharing explicit material involving animals and minors. Hrabb allegedly admitted saving one image and recording herself with a dog, prompting multiple felonies and a looming court date. The next hearing is scheduled for April 23 as the legal process continues.
Dive Deeper:
Hrabb, 24, faces three counts of sexual contact with an animal, 20 counts related to filming or possessing images or videos of animal sexual activity, two counts of possessing or viewing child pornography, and one count for using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.
The investigation began in August 2025 after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children issued a cyber tip about a Snapchat account featuring CSAM and animal abuse material, prompting authorities to build a case before an arrest.
A search warrant executed January 7 led to the seizure of a laptop and a cell phone; a forensic analysis of the devices was completed in the following months to establish the scope of material and communications.
Authorities traced the Snapchat account to an IP address at the Ates Ranch RV Park on Jeff Ates Road in Milton, enabling detectives to identify Hrabb as the account holder through Snapchat records.
During police interviews, Hrabb claimed she had accessed an adult website and described receiving unsolicited videos depicting child abuse; she later admitted to saving one such image and allegedly recording acts with her dog, which she purportedly sent to others.
Hrabb is held with a $65,000 bond, and a judge has barred internet use and any contact with minors as the case proceeds toward scheduled proceedings on April 23.
