Hugh Jackman Gets Into Random Person's Car to Escape Massive Crowd of Fans in New York City

Hugh Jackman made a quick escape from a massive crowd with the help of a couple fans who were driving by the scene!
The 56-year-old actor was swarmed by a crowd of fans while leaving a matinee performance of his Off-Broadway play on Tuesday (June 17) at the Minetta Lane Theatre in New York City.
Hugh performed the second-to-last show of his play Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes that night and left the theater on foot without a car waiting to pick him up. After being swarmed by fans, Hugh decided to flag down a random car driving by on 6th Avenue!
TMZ reports that Hugh “flagged down a random car, asked where they were headed, and when they said 6th Ave, he was ready to go.”
