Julian McMahon passed away at the age of 56, and now, his cause of death has been confirmed.

If you didn’t not see the tragic news, last week, Julian‘s wife Kelly McMahon announced that the Nip/Tuck and Fantastic Four actor had passed away following a private battle with cancer. Now, the type of cancer he had been diagnosed with has been revealed.

People is now reporting that his official cause of death is “head and neck metastatic cancer.” At the time of his death, Kelly did not confirm the type of cancer Julian had been battling.

He has been cremated, and his cause of death was listed as “natural.”
