Kim Zolciak is opening up about all the work she’s had done.

While appearing on the new episode of E!’s Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind that aired on Wednesday (July 9), the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum revealed all the plastic surgery she’s had over the years.

Keep reading to find out more…“I’ve done my boobs a few times and then I had a tummy tuck,” Kim shared during a confessional, per Page Six. “I did have filler in my lips. I do Botox all the time.”

She also revealed that she had a neck surgery for a herniated disc and a non-surgical skin-tightening treatment Ultherapy for her jaw.

Kim noticeably didn’t mention the “laser vaginal rejuvenation” surgery she had in 2023 or the filler she got in her ears for supporting heavy earrings.

Despite facing criticism for all the work she’s had done over the years, the former Bravo-leb stood behind her choices.

“I sacrificed my body for six incredible humans, so I did a mommy makeover. Just because you’re a mom doesn’t mean you need to let yourself go,” Kim said, who is mom to Brielle, 27, Ariana, 23, Kroy Jr., 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11.

“My mom always said growing up, if I had really big ears or a really big nose that bothered me or whatever it may have been, she would have fixed it,” she continued. “I’ve always kind of said the same thing to my girls.”

As for why she’s appearing on the new Botched show, Kim said, “I’m here because I’m going through a divorce and I’ve had some weight loss and I am a small-framed person. “And, so, the 10 pounds has definitely created some loose skin and I did some contouring. It was supposed to go under the skin and tighten it up and it did the opposite.”

Kim‘s plastic surgery confessions come after Khloe Kardashian also revealed all the cosmetic work she’s had done.
