Poker Face has not yet been renewed for Season 3, or cancelled by Peacock.
Season 2 showrunner Tony Tost commented on what his dream guest stars would be for a potential Season 3.
“Well, for me personally, Cissy Spacey, who is on my T-shirt… Getting someone like Paul Walter Hauser, Jon Bernthal. There’s a bevy of interesting people to get… Sam Rockwell, Benicio Del Toro would be interesting. Yeah, there are a lot of people, anyone with a very unique perspective on the craft or on life, is someone I think that fits really well in this world,” he said to The Direct.
The show has been a ratings hit, appearing in Peacock’s Top 10 TV Shows list. The show has a 97% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and a 72% audience score.
Season 1 premiered January 26, 2023, with Season 2 premiering May 8, 2025, meaning there were over two years between seasons. The Poker Face wait was also impacted by the Hollywood strikes, which halted TV and film production, so a potential Poker Face Season 3 could be faster were it to be renewed.
