Shannon Leto and Cara Santana secretly got engaged and married!!

The 55-year-old Thirty Seconds to Mars drummer and the 41-year-old actress have revealed they got engaged at the end of 2024 and tied the knot in front of close friends and family on May 5th at a private residence in Beverly Hills.

“5-5-5 represents new beginnings. 5 is our lucky number and the years we’ve been together. We invited only 50 people to make it an intimate wedding. It was untraditional, highly personalized, and SO much fun!” Cara told Vogue.

According to the mag, “a string trio greeted guests, and then mentalist Austin Janick shared his most extraordinary tricks. 4,000 candles lit up the entire courtyard, mirroring Mars and the stars on a dark night canvas. In the center was an elegant round table that embraced the bride and groom with their closest friends.”

Among the celebrity guests attending the wedding included Shannon‘s brother and bandmate Jared Leto, Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey, Ashley Madekwe and Iddo Goldberg, and Stephanie Shepherd.

Cara wore a beautiful dress by Danielle Frankel with a pair of vintage Christian Louboutin heels and earrings borrowed from her mother. Shannon was dressed in an Amiri suit.

“I never dreamed of getting married. Our relationship with Shannon gave me the space and freedom to understand that true love is a place of balance and grounding; a foundation that gives me the courage and confidence to pursue my dreams, persevere, and be the person I want to be. One day, I decided that being married to him was something I wanted for my life. I never imagined a dream wedding, but it ended up being just that,” Cara gushed.
