Zoe Saldaña hits the purple carpet at the LA premiere of her new movie Elio held at El Capitan Theatre on Tuesday evening (June 10) in Hollywood.

The 46-year-old actress was joined by her three kids – twins Cy and Bowie, 10, and Zen, 8 – for the screening of the Disney Pixar animated film.

Zoe was also joined by her co-stars Yonas Kibreab, Remy Edgerly, Brad Garrett, Jameela Jamil, Dylan Gilmer, Jake Getman, Naomi Watanabe, Brendan Hunt, Anissa Borrego and Shelby Young, as well as directors Madeline Sharafian and Domee Shi, and producer Mary Alice Drumm.

Here’s a synopsis: When Elio (Kibreab), a space fanatic with an active imagination and a huge alien obsession, is beamed up to the Communiverse, an interplanetary organization with representatives from galaxies far and wide, he’s all in for the epic undertaking. Mistakenly identified as Earth’s ambassador to the rest of the universe, Elio must form new bonds with eccentric alien lifeforms, navigate a crisis of intergalactic proportions, and somehow discover who and where he is truly meant to be.
