The 31-year-old driver, identified as from Berkshire, was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs, driving dangerously, possession of a Class C drug, and failing to provide a specimen, and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Hampshire Police stated the collision involved a single vehicle and that no injuries were reported; the driver remains under investigation.
