Ashton Jeanty takes page out of Derrick Henry's workout routine
When it comes to players turning into NFL superstars, it all starts with their work ethic and routine.
Over the years, we've marveled at the intense routine of Baltimore Ravens superstar Derrick Henry, who also spends over $200,000 annually on maintaining his body.
One of Henry's infamous workouts sees him incorporating running up a hill while doing various things, and that's something Las Vegas Raiders rookie running back Ashton Jeanty does, also.
In a viral video circulating on social media that appears to be from his days at Boise State, Jeanty can be seen carrying a pair of footballs while running uphill, and he's making cuts in the process.
"We're a little different, though, we do it going up the hill," Jeanty said. "It's like a natural resistance. When you get on regular flat land, nothing can stop me. It's like you floating."

Jeanty enters the NFL with a ton of hype after an illustrious collegiate career that saw him finish the 2024 campaign with 2,601 rushing yards. The Boise State product finished second in the Heisman Trophy voting, also.
Taken with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft, Jeanty is expected to take on the lead role in the Raiders' backfield in 2025.
The Raiders had the worst rushing attack in the NFL last season, something the team hopes will change now that Jeanty is in the fold.
