Chelsea and Man United mulling audacious swap deal
Chelsea and Manchester United have had a contrasting summer transfer window so far.
While the Blues have signed a whole host of attacking talent, the Red Devils have only managed to add Matheus Cunha to their roster.
On the other hand, United’s Alejandro Garnacho has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea in recent times, and Ruben Amorim’s men are rumoured to move for a striker.
Now, according to The I Paper, the two moves could be combined as Garnacho and Nicolas Jackson could swap places this summer because both Man Utd and Chelsea are keen to accelerate the sales of their respective players.
It is explained that Man Utd are interested in signing Chelsea striker Jackson, 24, but haven’t made a bid yet.
Meanwhile, Garnacho has ‘told’ Man Utd that he wants to leave this summer amid interest from Chelsea.

Why a swap deal for Jackson and Garnacho makes sense
The Blues are said to be long-term admirers of the Argentine and how he carries the ball and takes on oppositions.
The report adds that some form of swap deal could see both the Jackson and Garnacho transfers come to fruition, even though Chelsea and Man Utd would prefer straight sales.
Both Jackson and Garnacho impressed for their respective teams in moments last term, but the transfer noise around both is growing louder, so this is certainly one to keep an eye on.
