MLB All-Star weekend would not be complete without the annual celebrity softball game.

Several stars, from actors to influencers to comedians, took the field at Truist Park in Atlanta on Saturday night for a contest that was competitive for some and fun for all.

The American League, captained by songwriter and Atlanta native Jermaine Dupri, took home a 17-15 victory over the National League, led by former Braves catcher Javy Lopez.

C.C. Sabathia had the most impressive performance of the night, smacking two home runs and getting the save for the AL to earn MVP honors. More celebrities who had big games included Quavo, Terrell Owens, Jennie Finch and the Capital One Bank Guy.

MLB celebrity softball game updates, highlights

10:15 p.m. — Sabathia earns his first career save, closing out a 17-15 win for the AL.

10:06 p.m. — Sabathia hits a ball to Alpharetta off the Capital One Bank Guy. The 2025 Hall of Fame inductee gives the AL the lead again.

10:01 p.m. — Wisin hits a go-ahead double for the NL. It's a thrilled heading to the final inning.

9:54 p.m. — Nicky Cass ropes a double to left to plate two, atoning for the 11 runs he gave up on the mound. The AL still leads 11-10.

9:40 p.m. — The Capital One Bank Guy is absolutely raking. The only player with a fundamental, opposite-field approach plates two more runs for the NL with a double.

9:35 p.m. — Chris Tucker, an actor from Atlanta, makes a surprise appearance for the NL and hits a homer to steal a run back.

9:30 p.m. — An offensive barrage by the AL in the top of the third. Jerry Lorenzo added an inside the park home run to make in 11-4. That's 11 unanswered runs by Team Jermaine Dupri.

9:26 p.m. — Sabathia demolishes a home run to right center field. It's 9-4 AL.

9:23 p.m. —A throwing error by Young Miko brings home the go-ahead run for the AL.

9:21 p.m. — The "GEICO Relievers" are helping out Nicky Cass, who is back on the mound for Team Javy Lopez.

9:18 p.m. — A quick inning for the AL in the bottom of the second, exactly what the doctor ordered for Team Jermaine Dupri. 

9:11 p.m. — Terrell Owens! Grand Slam! This game is tied!

9:07 p.m. — Jennie Finch is on the mound for the NL in the top of the second. Mike Towers makes an incredible, over-the-shoulder catch for the first out.

8:59 p.m. — Talkin' Jake of Jomboy Media follows that up with a Little League home run. The NL has jumped on Quavo's shoddy pitching early.

8:58 p.m. — Nicky Cass launches a leadoff home run in the bottom of the frame. The NL leads 1-0.

8:50 p.m. — Nicky Cass tosses a 1-2-3 top of the first for the NL. C.C. Sabathia pops out to the Capital One Bank Guy to end the inning.

8:46 p.m. — For those that need a refresher on the rules:

• 5-inning game
• Maximum of 10 batters per half inning
• Tie at the end of the game will be decided with a home run derby

8:45 p.m. — The MLB celebrity softball game is underway!
