When is the North London derby in the 2025/26 Premier League season?
The North London derby is easily one of the fiercest rivalries in the English top flight. However, in the last few years, Arsenal have had the upper hand over Tottenham Hotspur, but that doesn't take away the sheen from this historic fixture in the 2025/26 Premier League campaign.
In the upcoming league season, Arsenal and Spurs will lock horns for the first time on November 22 at Emirates Stadium. The reverse fixture will take place on February 21, 2026 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Gunners did the double over Spurs in the 2024/25 Premier League campaign. They edged past the Lilywhites with a 1-0 scoreline in the first North London derby in September courtesy of a solitary goal from Gabriel Magalhaes.
In the reverse fixture, Arsenal squared off with a 2-1 win in January, 2025. Mikel Arteta's men were pegged back after a 20th minute strike from Son Heung-min but an own goal from Dominic Solanke and a goal from Leandro Trossard saw them bag all three points.
Last season, Arsenal's league double over Tottenham was the fifth time the Gunners managed to do so. They have achieved it twice under Arteta and thrice under the leadership of former manager Arsene Wenger.
