AEW Grand Slam Mexico 2025 start time

  • Date: Wednesday, June 18
  • Time: 8 p.m. ET | 5 p.m. PT
  • Location: Arena Mexico - Mexico City, Mexico

AEW Grand Slam Mexico will be at Arena Mexico in Mexico City on June 18. The legendary arena can hold up to 16,500 people. The event starts at 8 p.m. ET.

Founded in 1933, CMLL is one of the oldest professional wrestling promotions. AEW was formed in 2019 and has quickly grown into one of the top promotions outside WWE. The partnership between the two is one of many between various organizations and AEW.

One of the top matches on the card will see Zeuxis defending the CMLL World Women's Championship against Mercedes Mone. The masked Zeuxis won the belt back in September and confronted Mone on AEW programming.

Mone holds the AEW TBS Championship and recently won the Women's Owen Hart Cup. She's scheduled to face "Timeless" Toni Storm at All In for the AEW Women's World Championship. A win could give Mone plenty of momentum and another belt to put around her waist.

Meanwhile, former AEW World Champion MJF faces former CMLL champion Mistico, one of the top Mexican wrestlers of the last few years.

There will be multiple multi-man matches on the card featuring AEW and CMLL wrestlers, as well as a showcase match between Mascara Dorada, Ricochet, Hologram, and Lio Rush. Also on the card, AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada faces Mark Briscoe.
